This is also the beginning of our new Hard Ass competition which will run until the annual party and yield a magnificent prize for the person with the highest mileage.
To enter the competition, turn up ON YOUR BIKE on Friday either at ADNOC by 2pm if you plan to ride, or later at Heroes (Crowne Plaza) if, like me, you can't spare the whole day. I will register your bike and take a photograph of your current mileage as proof. One bike per member.
Hi All. I've finally got around to updating the committee page with photos of the new committee so you can see who's who. Next up is an overhaul of the comms database so if you've changed your phone number or email address recently, email me (stefan@exiles-mc.com). I'd also like to know if you're out of the UAE for any length of time, that way we're not wasting money texting your phone for events you can't attend. Since this site is now just over a year old, I've been working on a revamp for a while now. There will be new functions and a more compact format which I hope will be more practical for anyone struggling along with small equipment (I mean your computer monitor). As I've begun to upload the new units you may notice some misbehaviour as peices of the site are upgraded, (particularly anyone still using Internet Explorer) but these will sort themselves out as the UAE's servers catch up with the rest of the net.
Due to the number of people who have other commitments on the 17th April, we're moving the party again, to... 1st May.
This will be absolutely the final date.
We're still at The Club, Abu Dhabi and will still have the live band.
Tickets are will be available on the gate but please reserve yours if you can. They are also on sale at Harley Davidson in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Victory Motorcycles, Custom Bikes, Superbikes and from Exiles members: Belinda, Chris, Ellen, Gerhardt, Kanaan, Minna and Stefan.
